I am Caden Macleod and I'm 13 years old. I am a very passionate and avid runner. I'm also a fitness enthusiast. I live and run in cape Breton, Nova Scotia. My advice for you is, Try to outrun your shadow don't be disheartened if it's a tie!

Today I wanted to share with you my all time favorite quote: Try to outrun you shadow-  Don't be disheartened if it's a tie

I love this quote because it doesn't matter how slow or how fast your are you can still have goals to reach

Today I ran Kelly's mountain! It was a hard run but well worth it! It was about 16k. I ran with a great group of runners that were very supporting. I couldn't ask for more. I had a great day!
